Building Maintenance

Design Contract Interiors Ltd historically provided services mainly relating to the supply and installation of suspended ceilings and partitioning.

However, customer feedback prompted the company to accept that there was a requirement for a separate division dealing with building maintenance for existing and new clients.

In August 2003 Design Contract Interiors formed a Building Services division which is run by Rick Trice and undertakes a range of building maintenance services including:-

  • Plumbing
  • General Building Works
  • Carpentry
  • Brickwork
  • Roofing Works
  • Roofing Repairs

Design Contract Interiors also have facilities for electrical maintenance, air conditioning installation and repairs together with flooring works. All works are carried out using either direct personnel or our approved sub-contractors. All staff are fully qualified and time served in their respective trades. The company ensures that all risk assessments are carried out and that all staff are fully insured.

In this range of building maintenance work we are able to offer clients the facility for reactive maintenance contracts, in all of the above trades, on a call-out basis.
